The weather has been really nice lately, highs in the 70s. It was getting pretty chilly for a while and really fall like, but it feels like later summer again, save for all the colorful leaves. I went on a nice walk on the Tree Farm Trail today. Yesterday and Thursday I planted more bulbs, over 100.

I've got home internet again

After three and a half years tethering for my home internet, I've given in and switched to "real" home internet: T-mobile Home Internet. Yes, it is cellular just like tethering, but it should allow for a lot more monthly transfer and may have bigger and better antennas and different handling at the tower. I finally gave in because the cost made sense and I feel it will give me more freedom and ease of doing things that require data.

Rain 2016

This last week, it has seemed to have rained more than it has for the entire previous months of the summer. Up until last Wednesday, it had been so dry that the grass has been brown and hadn't grown enough in over a month for me to need to mow it. Plants my roommate had bought were struggling even with watering.
