Horizontal hole that you stick your hands into. Three stages: clear, rinse, dry.

• wash phase would be pressurized soap, water, and grit.
  • grit would be natural such as sand, poppy seeds, oat husks
  • heated internally
  • recycling of water and grit until it reaches a certain level of dirtiness
  • high pressure like massage shower
  • 15 seconds or whatever it takes until dirt stops coming off hands, via sensors
  • rub hands together
• rinse stage would be high pressure water
• dry stage would be high pressure warmed air
