I went to my first Banana Ball game last week with my brother. There were no Bananas there though: It was the Clowns and Party Animals. My mom bought the tickets and then didn't want to go. I guess it is a lottery type system to get the tickets and where they are located. As it happens, we got row A, front row, right by the third base and dugout. It was cool to be so close for some of the sideline antics, but not as great for watching the game. The third base and pitcher were easy to see, but the batter was hard to see due to obstructions and angle, in part because there were cameras in front of the bullpen. There were also a lot of kids gathering by the side of the dugout, constantly asking for signatures and balls, and blocking views, more-so to the people behind us. Some were also going back and forth along our aisle, requiring us to repeatedly pull our legs back. We were right by the gate between the field and seats, and people were frequently going in and out there. But it was still cool. It was constant entertainment, with music playing and various acts going on on the sidelines in addition to the baseball going. Among some of the antics near us were guys spraying and "wiping" the netting as if it was windows, and a very flexible guy competing with a clown.

There were a lot of people at the stadium, more than we've seen at a Guardians game in a long while. It was pretty crowded in the concourse and at food places when we first got in, but the food lines died down when I went up after a few innings. It was a mash of people, slow going and hard to get through when we were leaving. We went to the bathroom and afterward it had cleared out. When we got to the parking many of the cars were already gone. So the crowd seemed to get out quickly and efficiently.

Overall cool to see, but I probably wouldn't buy tickets for another one myself. Definitely good for the kids.
